Retro fitness theme. Dress up like Richard Simmons and Suzanne Somers to impress the Fam.Let’s celebrate 10 years of fitness with the people we love to suffer with the most! Please bring your friends and family to come see your home away from home. Please feel free to bring things to share (heavy apps, food, drinks, dessert, snacks etc…).

-Beer pong tournament starting sharply @ 8:00! Get your name in before 7:30pm (teams drawn at random)-

Warm-up

Create 3 groups and cycle through :30 stations of:

running

air squats

plank holds

4 rounds

Skill

Rope climbs.

Progression:

Standing on knot + holding for up to :10.

Rope pull-ups (3-5)

Rope climbs

Metcon (Checkmark)

Put kids back into 3 groups. They will rotate through stations, similar to the warmup.

Station 1: Running

Station 2: Rope holds (climbs if they can)

Station 3: Push-ups

Let them work for :30 at a time, with a :10 transition time.

Work for 8-9 minutes.

Game

Floor is lava (set plates up on the floor and have kids jump from plate to plate)
