* Athletes Notes: Move slightly slower than your 1-Mile pace to start this piece off so that you can come right in and get to work on the T2B. If this is a high number for you, consider breaking them up into multiple manageable sets that you can repeat until finished. After the midline work, you will be challenged to stabilize your core on the front squats so brace hard before cleaning the barbell off the floor and then maintain that tension through every squat. Fight to maintain pace, sets, and rest periods on the way back up to finishing your final 400M with everything you got left.
