Then, coach lead skill development of the Hang Snatch + OHS
Skill Development
Mobility + Skill Development for the HPS + OHS
Weightlifting
Hang Power Snatch + OHS (15 Minutes to find a heavy Single)
Metcon
With the remaining time in class, ask your coach for guidance on a skill you are struggling with or want to improve. Double under, kipping, pull-ups, muscle-ups, hand stand walk, toes to rings…. etc
