10 Cuban Presses (5/2.5lbs)

10 Pushups w/ Rotation to a side plank (find balance in side Plank)

5 PVC Passes

5/5 Single Arm DB Strict Press

10 Scap Pull-ups

Bent Over Row (Every :90 x 8,complete 6 Barbell Rows(increasing))

6 Power Snatches (45-55lbs)

10 Burpee over Bar

6 Pull-ups

Rest 1:00
Set a weight for the snatches before beginning. Your goal is to move a quick as possible through each round and rest 1:00 before starting again..

The key is the burpees! Move quicker than you would like to in order to keep the intesity high.
