Warm-up
2 Rounds:
5 Inchworms w/ 2 Push-ups
10 DB, KB or Barbell Rows
10 Wipers /side
15/15 Single Leg Glute Bridges
Choose your own Adventure:
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
20-Minute AMRAP of:
10 Hollow Rocks
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
Cindy (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
20-Minute AMRAP of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
If you do not have a pull-up bar, Sub the Pull-ups for Barbell Rows or Dumbbell Rows (5 per side).
I would try to make the barbell row a little heavier (135/95lb range) Dumbbells (60/35 lb range)

Active and passive Doorway Pec Stretch
Accumulate 4:00 of active and passive stretching combined.

Its important that we pay attention to our chest and shoulders! This is a really good stretch that most of us are in need of!
