High-Hang Snatch (Vertical Torso)

Build to 3×3 @ 65-70% of Snatch

Hang Clean (1.5 Squat)

Build to 4×1 @ 75%

Out of the hole, squat halfway up, then back down to come all the way up. Focus here is on maintaining a strong front rack in the ‘bounce.’

Power Jerk (Hold the Catch)

Build to a Heavy Single

Hold the catch for a moment to re-emphasize the balance of the lift.

Back Squat

Build to a Double at 85%
