You must stop between sets. Time cutoff is 25 minutes.
If you cannot perform this many double unders, make your own gradient: 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1, 3-6-9-12-15-18-21-24-27-30…, etc.
If you cannot perform double unders, aim for triple the amount on single unders.
Use a 3-strike policy on a particular set of double unders before moving on and just doing the double under count without it being unbroken.
