2 strict pull-ups, 4 push-ups, 6 box jumps
3 strict pull-ups, 6 push-ups, 9 box jumps
Etc.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
2 Rope Climbs (20’/15)
400m Run
400m Run counts as 1 rep. If you get out the door before the bell then finish the run and count the round as completed.
