Warm-up

Game Time!

Everyone Holds a 45 degree Wall Walk Hold while the rightmost person crawls under everyone down the line. After crawling down the line, hold the wall walk hold as the leftmost person. Repeat until everyone has crawled down the line.

Everyone should start as far to the right as possible to allow for space as the line moves.

The total time this process takes is the amount of time the class will have to hold a front plank.
