Bench Press (Build to a 1RM)
14 minutes. We will be using this number for our strength cycle starting next week.
Metcon (Time)

15 Ring Dips
15 T2B
15 Burpees
If you cannot perform Ring Dips, the subs will be Ring Pushups and Elevated Ring Pushups if that is difficult.
