20 Thrusters (95/65)
10 Burpees over Bar
2 Minutes of Rest
*Thoughts: Deadpool bounces all over the place, good guy, bad guy, love him, hate him (thrusters), and you cannot keep him on the floor long (burpee over bar). Deadpool’s workout should be a fast one since he’s a fast and agile guy, and with 2 minutes rest, you should be back to perfect form for the next round (much like his healing factor).
