Time to test progress and get ready for for next weekend!
Snatch (1RM)
Warmup together. Every 2 minutes, we will hit a lift.
Empty Bar, 50% x 2, 60% x 2, 70%, 75%, 80%,
84%, 88%, 91%, 94%, 97%, 101+%
Clean and Jerk (1RM)
We will break for 10 minutes before starting. Every 3 minutes, we will warmup as follows:
Empty Bar, 50% x 2, 60% x 2, 70%, 75%, 80%,
85%, 93%, 101+%
Build a Plan
If you’re competing, let’s decide on your openers. Before you leave, we must build a warmup for you to test later this week. It will be similar to what we did today. It’s important to have a tested gameplan before we go in.
