Back Squat (Commit a Heavy Sin)
Then 5-4-3-2-1 @ 82% of HS (1 min rests)
Snatch Pull (4×3 @ 90%)
DB Rows (10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1)
Per arm. Go back and forth on each arm. It’s not for time, but should be done rather quickly.
