55 Handstand Push-ups
Class splits in two. Half are athletes, the other half are STRICT judges meant to uphold the highest of movement standards. Once the first group finishes, they will trade roles and do it again. This is preparation for the OPEN as both an ATHLETE AND a JUDGE.
