Back Squat (Dubs)
Heavy Double then back off sets 4, 6, 8, 10
Snatch Pull (5×3 @ 85%)
DB Rows (10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1)
Per arm. Go back and forth on each arm. It’s not for time, but should be done rather quickly.
