1 rep done every 2 minutes over 8 sets
Back Squat (3×8 @ 70%)
Try to use no gear outside of shoes.
Snatch Pull (6×3 @ 80%)
Focus on technique
DB Rows (10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1)
Per arm. Go back and forth on each arm. It’s not for time, but should be done rather quickly.
