Snatch Balance (Every 2 min x9)
Build up to a heavy single in 8 sets. On the 9th set, drop to 85% of the heavy single for a triple
Push Press (Every 2 min x8)
Build up a heavy triple
Front Squat (Build to 90-95% then 5-4-3-2-1 @ 80%)
Only 1 minute rests for 5-4-3-2-1
2 Front Squats + 1 Jerk (Every 2 min x10)
All at 80% of Clean and Jerk.
