Daredevil vs Punisher (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Team Workout where one of you is DD, the other is Punisher, switching back and forth, round for round
24 min AMRAP of:
DD does 4 C2B Pullups, 8 Burpee Box Overs (24/20), 12 RKBS (70/53)
Punisher does 4 GHRs, 8 Burpee Over Bar, 12 Push Press (95/65)
*Thoughts: Daredevil and Punisher have two different strategies (one wants justice, one wants vengeance) but have the same goal (saving the city). That’s why it’s two partners taking on the same workout but each have different movements. DD is acrobatic so box overs and pull ups, but also has some kickass power in RKBS. Punisher likes pain, so GHRs and burpee over bar. Plus he always has a good shoulder pump (push presses).
