Snatch Balance (5×2 @ 85-90% of Snatch)
Back Squat (5×5 @ 85%)
90-second rests
Week 1- 3×10@65%
Week 2- 3×8@70%
Week 3- 3×8@75%
Week 4- 4×7@80%
Clean Pull (5×3 @ 80% of Clean and Jerk)
5 point pause- 1cm off floor, below knees, above knees, mid thigh, power shrug, then slow descent
