CrossFit ATR – CrossFit
We will operate today’s class like how we will operate every Friday during the CrossFit Open. You will be divided into athletes and judges and be given scorecards. After the first group of athletes finish the workout, we will switch roles and do it again. Strict adherence to HQ standards is a must. We will point out any details that would constitute a no-rep.

Step Ups are permitted as RX so long as all other standards are met in the extension on the finish.
