Kipping Pull-up Technique:
Regular Kipping Pull-up
(Importance in building a Strict Pull-up before a Kipping Pull-up)
Continuous Pull-ups (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute, continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.
If you fail before minute #10, you will start over until you have accumulated 10 total minutes of pull ups.
