Warm-up

Power Snatch (3 EMOM x10)

Increasing weight throughout. All reps must be touch-and-go.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

12 minute AMRAP of:

4 Strict Pullups

8 Hang Power Snatch (95/65)

12 Overhead Lunge (95/65)
Scale so that you can perform the 4 pullups, 8 hang power snatch, and 12 overhead lunges unbroken to start. 12 overhead lunges = 6 per leg.
