Snatch (1RM)

We will make a lift every 2 minutes as follows:

50% x3, 60% x2, 70%, 80%,

85%, 90%, 94%, 97%, 101-103%

Three strike policy in effect. If you fail anything under 90% and it’s behind you, move on, otherwise repeat before you move on.

Clean and Jerk (1RM)

We will make a lift every 3 minutes as follows:

50% x2, 60% x2, 70%, 80%,

85%, 90%, 95%, 101-105%

Three strike policy in effect. If you fail anything, repeat before you move on.

Back Squat (1RM)

Only to be done if you are NOT competing at the AO Series 1.
