Snatch (Build to Opener)

Based on gameplan. If not competing, build to 90%. You must hit a lift every 2 minutes while building up.

Guideline:

Empty Bar, 50% x 2, 60% x 2, 70%, 75%, 80%,

84%, 87%, 90%

Clean and Jerk (Build to Opener)

Based on gameplan. If not competing, build to 90%. You must hit a lift every 3 minutes while building up.

Guidline:

Empty Bar, 50% x 2, 60% x 2, 70%, 75%, 80%,

85%, 90%
