5 rounds for time:
Run 800 meters
30 Kettlebell swing, 70# / 53#
30 Pull-ups
This is to be done as a partner WOD.

Partner A: Runs 800 meters

Partner B: Completes 30 KBS and 30 Pull-ups

Once both is completed Partner A and B will Switch.
