3 @ 50%

2 @ 60%

2 @ 70%

1 @ 80%

1 @ 90%

1 @ 100%

2 @ 90%

Snatch (E2MOM x 10)

Increase weight as form permits

Clean + 2 Jerks (E2MOM x 8)

Increase weight as form permits. On the 2nd jerk, hold the split position for a 3 count before recovering. DO NOT increase weight if you’re running the platform.

Snatch Pull (3×3, 3-Point Pause @ 75%)

3-Points = Above Knee, Mid-Thigh, Hips. Then High Pull and control the weight down, slowly. Chin up on the way down!
