The gym will be CLOSED this Saturday December 10th from 10am-6:30pm and Sunday December 11th from 8am-4:30pm (NO OPEN GYM DURING THESE HOURS). We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.Your coaches and I are taking a 2 day certificationcourse to continue refining and improving our services for you (this course is being held at ATR). What a freaking awesome PARTY! Thank you to all those that were able to come and spend some quality time with us! CrossFit ATR – Kids CrossFit (8:30am-9:15)

Warm-up

Warmup: up-down pushups. Gather kids in a circle in the pushup position. Choose one kid to call out “up” or “down.” When they say “up,” the kids raise to the top of a pushup. When they say “down,” everyone must go down together. If a kid moves at the wrong time, they perform one penalty burpee.
