“Roxanne” Up Down. Play the song and every time they say “Roxanne” have kids complete 1 Up Down

Skill

Somersault . This skill is done in preparation for handstand holds. It will help kids get more comfortable rolling and proper tucking when exiting a Handstand. Work for about 10 minutes.
