Zombies vs Humans (Time)
Wear you Halloween costumes!
Don’t be scared… come in for this treat
Humans get a 2 min head start (zombies will be picked by the coach)
-200 m run
-20 pushups
-6 box jumps @ each 7 bj stations
-5 cals @ each 7 bikes
-6 G2O @ each 7 dumbbell station
-5 cals @ each 7 skiergs
-6 WB @ each 7 WB stations
Level 4: RX+ 70/50 DB, 11/10ft WB
Level 3: RX 50/35 DB 10/9FT WB
Level 2: 35/20 DB As high as possible
Level 1: 20/15 DB Squat with WB
If the zombie catches you, you must get out of line and do 10 burpees. You may get back in line where you left off after the burpees are completed.
The bike will have no seats and you are required to get increments of 5 cals, if the person before you gets roll over cals, you may use these to reach your number (ie: if the person in front ends @ 6 cals, you just need to do 4 more to reach 10).
You only get to use one handle on the skierg. Will you allow someone that catches you to use the other handle and you ski together?
You may share a box and/or skierg (if you dare) but will this slow down your friend? Will you try to survive together? Or are you going to let the zombie get your friend?
