Snatch Balance
Build to 1RM
If Snatch Balance is 110-115% of your Snatch, perfect. If it is less, you need to work on this more. If it is more than this, your pull work is the priority.
Mid-Thigh Snatch
Build to 3×2 @ 70-75%
Power Clean
Build to a 1RM
Power Clean should be about 80% of your full clean. If less, you need to work your pulls and powers more. If more, we need to focus on your technique (getting under the bar sooner) or your squat strength.
