Warm-up
Class will start with a 20 Minutes of Mobility:
Foam Roll: Quads, Lats, T-Spine
Stretch: Anterior Chain + Lats
Skill Development
Skill development on a movement or skill that you are currently struggleing with.
This will take the coaches a while to setup with each person and to give each person ques and reps to work on. Once everyone has the ques for improvement the class will spend the remaining time skill building.
