In honor of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, NY, who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.

A weight vest is Rx, but this is a long and hard workout. Please scale accordingly. You can partition the reps in this workout how you’d like so long as you satisfy the totals.
E.g. 20 Rounds of 5 Pullups, 10 Pushups, 15 Squats
This is still Rx.
