2- 50% x2
3- 60% x2
4- 70%
5- 75%
6- 80%
7- 85%
8- 90%
9- If a FAIL @ set 8, one more chance to hit it.
Rest
10 minutes before Clean and Jerk
Clean and Jerk (Build to Opener or 90%)
Done every 3 minutes together
1- Empty Bar Work
2- 50% x2
3- 60% (C+2J or 2C+J, whichever is weaker)
4- 70%
5- 80%
6- 85%
7- 90%
8- If a FAIL @ set 8, one more chance to hit it.
