Scaling: If you cannot perform 10 HSPU with at least 1 AbMat + 1 25-lbs. plate, you will perform seated (legs extended) DB Presses. If you cannot perform 10 Ring Dips, scale to Bar Dips then Banded Bar Dips. If you cannot perform pushups from the floor, use a barbell on a low lying rack.
