California Regionals is next weekend at Del Mar Fairgrounds. Be sure to get your tickets to Regionals to support Coach JP!

Memorial Day “Murph” Wod will be Monday 5/29 at 9am and 10:30am. These will be the only 2 classes on Monday. Make sure to be dressed to impress in all patriotic and or military fashion! For more information on the “Murph” wod click the link below..

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Tracking total completed rounds of “Cindy” over all 4 AMRAPs.

Each round is 5 minutes with 1:30 Rest between rounds.

1st Round:

200m Run THEN with remaining time,

AMRAP of:

5 Pull-ups

10 Pushups

15 Air Squats

2nd Round: 400m Run, then AMRAP

3rd Round: 600m Run, then AMRAP

4th Round: 800m Run, then AMRAP
Tanktop Tuesday Advantage: You can start Round 4 without resting the 1:30 after Round 3.

** If you do not return from the 800m run under the time cap you will lose 2 rounds of cindy from the overall score.
