5 Cal Bike
10 Pullups
15 Pushups
Tanktop Advantage: You can partition your reps how you’d like each round.
E.G. 5 Cal Bike, 5 Pullups, 10 Pushups, 5 Pullups, 5 Pushups = 1 Round.
