Metcon (2 Rounds for reps)
“Oh, Fudge!”
Intermediate Division – 5 minutes
3min AMRAP – Double Unders
2min Max Calories – Assault Bike
Beginner Division – 5 minutes
3min AMRAP – Single Unders
2min Max Calories – Assault Bike
Intermediate / Beginner – 5 minutes
Event 1: At the call of “3-2-1, Go!,” the team has 3 minutes to accumulate as many double unders (Beg: single unders) as possible, using their own jump rope.
The active athlete accumulating reps may only do so on the mat, switching anytime.
Each athlete must collect at least one rep of DU (Beg: single under) to qualify for a score.
Scoring: The number of DUs (Beg: single under) completed
At minute 3 (Athletes will hear “3-2-1, Transition!,”) every member of the team must make contact with their Assault Bike to signal the start of Event 2.
Event 2: The team accumulates as many calories as possible on the Assault Bike with the time remaining.
Athletes may switch at anytime on the bike with no minimum work requirement.

This will be done individually. Everyone will have their own Barbell and will have 12 Minutes to build to a Heavy Single
