Jiggy is moving to Providence, Rhode Island for work and this may be the last we see him! Let’s show our Jiggy mobility in OHS, our ab game in GHD Sit-ups, his pullup longevity and running for his conditioning.
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
25 minute Partner AMRAP of:
Buy-In: 400m Run together
10 OHS (95/65)
15 Pullups
20 GHD Situps
Additional Requisite: 400m Run together
(Can be done anytime during the workout as long as it’s done before the time is up. If this run is not completed by 25:00, your team forfeits 3 Rounds off the score)
E.g. you can add the run on in the beginning and do 800m or you can do your first 400m, then X amount of rounds and once you’re fatigued, do another 400m, then finish the rest of the AMRAP.
Only one partner works at a time and you must complete a full round before turning it over to your partner.
