Snatch (Heavy Double)
You should take at least 8 sets to build to your double. ALWAYS THE RULE: You cannot finish on a fail. Drop weight and finish on a made lift.
Clean and Jerk (Heavy Single)
Take at least 5 sets to build to the single.
Back Squat (5×8 @ 75%)
Week 1: 4×8 @ 70% (from Thursday)
**If you did the lunges yesterday, do these squats later this week.
