Snatch Balance (Heavy Single)
At your 1RM Snatch, preferably higher.
Clean and Jerk (Build up to a double @ 84%)
Take the 2nd rep as quickly as possible without it being a touch and go. Attack the bar!
Snatch Grip Push Press (Heavy Single)
Then 4×3 at 80-90% of single.
X Front Squats + 1 Push Press (Build to Heaviest Triple)
X is the number of reps to log in
In this case, 3 reps
RDL (1×5 @ Close to Clean 1RM)
Romanian Deadlifts
