100 Calories on Assault Bike
100 Front Squats (135/95)
100 Bar Facing Burpees
*After each movement is completed, the team must break down the barbell and carry all pieces 200 meters. If the barbell, weights or clips are dropped 30 Calories will be added to Assault Bike.
