2 Rope Climbs (FULL LENGTH)
4 Ring Muscleups
16 Wall Balls (20/14)
*Thoughts: He climbs (Rope Climbs), he swings (Ring MU), and he’s got great mobility (squatting for Wall Balls). It’s an AMRAP so you can keep your round count secret from everybody else, like Spidey’s identity.
