Dar and I are competing today and tomorrow. Now so will you. It’s time to go for a max. You’ve been working on technique and consistency. Now is the time to put it in action.

Snatch (1RM)

3 fails and you’re done.

Clean and Jerk (1RM)

2 fails and you’re done.

Back Squat (2RM)

Aim for 92-98%. This may be tough after maxing out two other lifts. That’s the point.
