Darlene and I are competing in the Hookgrip Spartakiad II in San Antonio 3/12-13. Then the following weekends, we’ll be in the Philippines. Singlet Sunday will have to resume in April. Until then, I’ll post programming for Fridays and for those not doing the Open, you can have your own “Friday White Lights” if you still want to lift together.

2 strikes and you’re out today.

Snatch (Every 2 min for 8 Rounds)

If you made 6/8 or more last week, increase weight 5%. If this is your first week doing this, use your 80-82%.

#whatsfrutlifting (Heaviest possible)

Snatch Balance + OHS + Back Squat + Snatch Balance
Aim for higher than your max snatch

Clean + Power Jerk (Build up to a heavy single over 8-10 sets)

Move your feet!
