The CrossFit class is grounded under one basic principle: Position = Power. We teach you how to use techniques to get yourself into better positions, so you are automatically stronger and faster without doing any additional exercise. You will learn a variety of flexibility, massage, and joint mobility techniques to improve your athletic performance, extend your athletic career, treat body stiffness and achy joints, and rehabilitate injuries.
After seeing thousands of athletes move in our group classes and visit our deep tissue therapy office, we saw a clear pattern for healthy performance. We learned that 90% of the most common injuries are preventable and that athletes simply lacked an understanding of simple mechanics and the tools to improve those mechanics through increased flexibility and range of motion.
We teach athletes how to fix their individual nagging aches and pains, prevent injury, and improve athletic performance. Humans have been evolving for millions of years and the human body is extraordinarily engineered.
