Snatch (5×1 @ 94%)

We will warmup together. Every 2 minutes, we will hit a lift. Warmup is as follows:

Empty Bar

50% x 2, 60% x 2, 70%, 75%, 80%,

84%, 88%, 91%

THEN together, 5×1 @ 94%

Front Squat (Commit a Heavy Sin)

then 5×3 @ 85% of HS

Snatch Pull (4×3 @ 95%)

DB Rows (10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1)

Per arm. Go back and forth on each arm. It’s not for time, but should be done rather quickly.
