Snatch Balance (Heavy Single)

Try to do more than Week 2

Week 2- Equal or great than 1RM Snatch

Week 1- 1RM

Clean and Jerk (Build to 89%)

Week 2- Double @ 84%

Week 1- 1RM

Snatch Grip Push Press (Heavy Single)

Then 3×3 @ 80-90% of single

2 Front Squats + 2 Jerks (Build to Heaviest)

Definitely heavier than last week’s 3 Front Squat + 1 Push Press.

RDL (1×5 @ very close to 1RM Clean)

Romanian Deadlifts
