*Jump over the bar after each burpee

*Mark out lines in 5ft increments for the lunges, every 5ft is 1 rep
Bring your knee sleeves or something to wear on your knees. Your knee MUST touch the floor every step in this workout. Be prepared.

The gym is set up in 7 designated areas for this workout. A, B, C, D, E, F, and G. Everyone is using women’s barbells (35 lbs.) or the training bars (15 lbs.) to save space. At the gym, there is a chart labelling exactly where you should start your lunges, where to do your burpees, and where to do your pullups. You must adhere to these designated spots otherwise the entire set up is compromised. Please come on time to class as we will be tight on time. If you arrive late, you may have to take the next class.
