Frutplex (Build to Heaviest)

2 Hang Snatch (below knee) + 2 OHS
From blocks or plates. If using plates, must bring bar back down with control.

Snatch (Heavy Single)

Continue where you left off on the Frutplex

Back Squat (Build to a heavy single)

Then 90% EMOM x 7

Jerks Dips (Stupid heavy 5)

Don’t wuss out. Be explosive and try to pop the bar up.
