The Crossfit Mobility class is grounded under one basic principle; Position = Power. We teach you how to use mobility techniques to get yourself into better positions, so you are automatically stronger and faster without doing any additional exercise. You will learn a variety of flexibility, massage and joint mobility techniques to improve your athletic performance, extend your athletic career, treat body stiffness and achy joints, and rehabilitate injuries.
After seeing thousands of athletes move in our group classes and visit our deep tissue therapy office with every type of pain and injury, we saw a clear pattern. We learned that 90% of the most common injuries are preventable and that athletes simply lacked an understanding of simple mechanics and the tools to improve those mechanics by improving their mobility / flexibility and range of motion.
We teach athletes how to fix their own nagging aches and pains, prevent injury, and improve athletic performance. Humans have been evolving for millions of years and the human body is extraordinarily engineered.
